Our Story

Rested in oak, made forthe moments in between

In Between Sips began with a simple obsession at Kaappitalism: what happens to South Indian coffee when you give it time. Time in oak. Time to settle. Time to become something quieter and deeper than the cup you started with.

Every batch is small by design. Beans are sourced from estates we visit, cold brewed slowly, then rested in barrels that carry their own history — cocoa and sugarcane, malt and berry, rum and raisin. Nothing is rushed, nothing is added to imitate character.

The result is a bottle meant for the pause: the hour before the day begins, the space between meetings, the long evening conversation. That is the in-between we make coffee for.
